Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets, patched before paint.

Stucco, wood siding, trim, doors and fences. The washing, scraping, repairs and primer come first, because outside, paint fails wherever the prep was skipped.
Outside, paint has to stand up to sun, fog, wind and rain, and it only holds on a clean, sound surface. Most of an exterior job is prep: washing off dirt and chalky old paint, scraping and sanding what's loose, filling stucco cracks, repairing soft or split trim, caulking the gaps and priming bare spots.
Then two coats of exterior paint, brushed in along the trim and windows and rolled on the walls, with plants, walkways, windows and fixtures covered first. Paint goes on a dry surface on a dry day, and each coat gets the drying time the can calls for before the next.
On homes built before 1978, the old paint can contain lead. Federal rules set how paid work that scrapes or sands it has to be contained and cleaned up, so the year the house was built is one of the first things we ask.

No call centers and no surprises. The person you talk to is the person who does the work.
Call, text or send the form. A photo of each thing gets you the fastest answer.
Small jobs usually get a price by text. Bigger ones get a visit and a written estimate. Both are free.
The crew shows up when we said we would, protects your floors and cleans up at the end of each day.
Before we call it done, we go over the work together and fix anything you point out.

I hired Junior and his team to install Govee Pro outdoor lights with tracks along my roofline, which has a lot of tricky angles and turns. They did an incredible job — everything looks clean, professional, and aligned. Junior showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even helped with a few extra repairs around the house. I’m thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any home improvement or maintenance work.
J&J and Junior and crew provides great Handyman services and support especially for seniors that need a little excellent home maintenance for a reasonable price. Junior and crew repaired and caulked my upstairs shower pan to its shower wall and helped mme clean up my roof deck by cleaning up leafe debris. They were prompt and knowledgeable and honest about their estimates to complete the maintenance. Highly recommended for repair and fixing those tough maintenance jobs you don’t have the time or expertise to finish.

Value for money and flexible to work with. Would definitely hire them again, for all jobs around the house.
Road miles from San Bruno. Each city page has local details: the building department, construction hours and what we see in homes there.
Always. Washing, scraping loose paint, fixing cracks and soft trim, caulking and priming bare spots come before the first coat, and they're in the estimate.
Yes. Stucco gets its cracks filled before paint. Wood siding, shingles and trim get the loose paint scraped, bare wood primed and the joints caulked.

On dry days. Paint needs a dry surface going on and dry hours after, so near the coast we start after the morning fog lifts, and in winter we plan around the rain.
You do. We'll suggest a sheen for walls, trim and doors, and you can buy the paint or we pick it up. If you have an HOA, check whether it approves colors first.
