Do you work in Pacifica?
Yes. Pacifica is about 6 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 13 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Fairmont to Pedro Point.
Who issues permits in Pacifica?
The City of Pacifica Building Division (Community Development Department). Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.
When can noisy work happen in Pacifica?
Pacifica allows construction 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. We schedule noisy work inside those hours.
