Yes. Oakland is about 22 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 33 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Rockridge to Oak Center.

The City of Oakland Planning and Building Department (Building Construction, Permits and Inspections). When can noisy work happen in Oakland?
Oakland regulates construction noise by time of day rather than banning work: daytime limits apply 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and federal holidays, with stricter nighttime limits outside those windows. We schedule noisy work inside those hours.
