Most leaks inside the house are small and in plain sight once you know where to look: the trap or drain under the sink, a supply line or shutoff valve that weeps, a faucet cartridge or base seal, a toilet that leaks at the base or keeps running, a dishwasher or washing machine hose. Left alone, a slow drip ruins the cabinet floor, swells the baseboard and grows mold behind the wall.
We trace the water to the part that is failing, replace or reseal it and test it before we leave: new trap, new supply lines, new shutoff, new cartridge, new wax ring or fill valve. Then we fix what the leak already damaged, the cabinet bottom, the drywall, the baseboard and the paint, so one visit closes it.
A leak inside the wall or under the slab, a repipe, a water heater or a gas line is a different job. That work goes to a licensed partner and is contracted through Bay Builder Inc (CSLB #1145538), so the paperwork matches the job.

How fast can you come?
Text a photo and a short description to (650) 784-2770. Most small leaks get a price by text and a same-week visit. If water is running right now, close the valve under the fixture or the main shutoff first, then call.
Do you do plumbing inside the walls?
Not as Junior Elite Services. Fixtures, traps, supply lines, the valves at the fixture and toilets are our work. Leaks inside the wall or under the floor, repiping, water heaters and gas lines go to a licensed partner and are contracted through Bay Builder Inc.
Is it the roof or a pipe?
If the stain is on a ceiling under a bathroom or a kitchen, it is usually a fixture or a pipe. Under the roof line, it is usually the roof. We check both and tell you which it is before any work starts.
Can you fix the cabinet and the wall too?
Yes. Once the leak is fixed and the area is dry we replace the cabinet bottom or the damaged drywall, put the baseboard back and match the paint, so you do not need a second contractor.
