What working with us looks like

Most of our jobs start with a text: a photo of a crack, a door, a tub that needs caulk. Junior looks at it, answers with a price when he can, and comes out when he can't. There's no call center and no salesperson in between.

The crew is small on purpose. The customers who write about us mention the same things: that Junior was on time, that the estimate was honest, and that the house was left clean.

Permitted work, done by the book

Junior Elite Services does not hold its own contractor license. When a job needs a permit or a license, it is contracted through our partner Bay Builder Inc, a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #1145538, class B), and our crew does the work under that contract.

You always know which one you're hiring before anything starts. Small repairs stay simple handyman work.

J&J and Junior and crew provides great Handyman services and support especially for seniors that need a little excellent home maintenance for a reasonable price. Junior and crew repaired and caulked my upstairs shower pan to its shower wall and helped mme clean up my roof deck by cleaning up leafe debris. They were prompt and knowledgeable and honest about their estimates to complete the maintenance. Highly recommended for repair and fixing those tough maintenance jobs you don’t have the time or expertise to finish.
