Anything on a wall is about what's behind it. Wood studs, metal studs, plaster over lath and hollow drywall each take a different anchor, and a loaded shelf or a heavy mirror is not the place to guess. We find the framing first and fasten to it.

Assembly is patience and the right bits. Beds, desks, dressers, shelving, outdoor furniture: we build it, level it and anchor tall pieces to the wall so they can't tip.

Grab bars get the most care. They go into framing or into rated anchors, at the height that works for the person who'll use them.

Questions people ask

Can you hang shelves or a mirror on a plaster wall?

Yes. Older homes often have plaster over wood lath. We locate the studs behind it and use anchors made for plaster so the wall doesn't crack.

Do you anchor tall furniture to the wall?

Yes. Dressers, bookcases and tall cabinets get an anti-tip anchor into a stud or a rated anchor, so they are far less likely to tip over on a child or in a quake.

Can you assemble furniture I already bought?

Yes. Send a photo or a link to the box and tell us where it goes. We build it, level it and take the packaging out with us.

Do you install grab bars?

Yes, into framing or rated anchors, placed for the person who'll use them. A lot of our customers are older homeowners who want the bathroom a little safer.
