Some fixes are quick. Jian, a customer on Thumbtack, wrote that Junior came the same morning and solved the problem in 15 minutes. Others take a full day. Either way the price comes first, in plain numbers.
Small repairs are done as handyman work. When a job needs a permit or a contractor license, it's contracted through our licensed partner, Bay Builder Inc (CSLB #1145538), so the paperwork matches the job.

Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A lot of our work is exactly that: a door, a stain on the ceiling, a shelf, a few lines of caulk. If the list is short, we try to fit it into a single visit.
How do I get a price?
Call or text (650) 784-2770. A photo of each item gets you the fastest answer. For bigger jobs Junior comes out and looks first. Estimates are free.
Are you licensed?
Junior Elite Services does not hold its own contractor license. Small repairs are done as handyman work, and jobs that need a license or a permit are contracted through our partner Bay Builder Inc, a licensed general contractor (CSLB #1145538). We carry liability insurance.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Getting a unit ready between tenants is common work for us: patching, paint, caulk, hardware and the small repairs that come up on a walkthrough.
