Most roof leaks on the Peninsula are not a roof that failed. They are one bad spot: cracked flashing around a vent or chimney, a lifted shingle or a slipped tile, a skylight seal that dried out, a valley where debris holds the water. Finding that spot and fixing it is repair work, and it costs a fraction of a new roof.
We go up, walk the roof and trace the water from the stain back to where it comes in. Then we reseal, replace the broken piece or patch the section, and test with a hose before we leave. If the ceiling or wall below got stained or soft, we repair that too, so you deal with one crew.
A roof at the end of its life, or any re-roofing that needs a permit, is a different job. That work is contracted through our licensed partner, Bay Builder Inc (CSLB #1145538), and we tell you so on the first visit, not after the second invoice.

Questions people ask
Can you come before the rain starts?
That is the whole idea. October and early November are the time to get the roof checked; once the storms start, everyone calls at once. Text us a photo and we will fit you in.
Do you replace whole roofs?
Not as Junior Elite Services. Small repairs, flashing, skylights and patches are our work. A full re-roof, or anything that needs a permit, is contracted through our licensed partner, Bay Builder Inc, and we tell you that on the first visit.
Do you clean or repair gutters?
No. We stick to the roof itself: finding the leak, flashing, tiles, shingles and skylights. For gutters, a gutter company is the right call.
How do you find where the leak comes from?
Water travels. The stain is often several feet from where the water gets in, so we start on the roof above it and work down: flashing, vents, skylights, valleys. When it is not obvious we test with a hose, one section at a time.
Can you fix the ceiling stain too?
Yes. Once the leak is fixed and the drywall is dry we cut out the damaged section, rebuild it and match the texture and paint, so you do not need a second contractor.
