Burlingame grew after the 1906 earthquake and incorporated in 1908. Central Burlingame came from annexing the Town of Easton in 1910, and lot sales there were slow until a rush in the 1920s. Bathrooms from that era often had small hex or square floor tile, and finding a match for a few broken pieces can take real searching, so plan on a close match rather than an exact one.
