Do you work in Burlingame?

Yes. Burlingame is about 5 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 10 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Burlingame Park to Mills Estates.

Who issues permits in Burlingame?

The City of Burlingame Building Division. Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.

When can noisy work happen in Burlingame?
