Do you work in San Mateo?

Yes. San Mateo is about 10 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 16 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from San Mateo Park to Shoreview.

Who issues permits in San Mateo?

The City of San Mateo Community Development Department, Building Division. Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.
