Do you work in San Francisco?

Yes. San Francisco is about 12 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 19 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Sunset/Parkside to Visitacion Valley.

Who issues permits in San Francisco?

The San Francisco Department of Building Inspection (DBI). Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.

When can noisy work happen in San Francisco?

Construction and repair work louder than 5 dBA over ambient at the nearest property line is limited to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, weekends included, unless a special night permit is granted. We schedule noisy work inside those hours.

Do you do water extraction or drying?

No. For standing water or soaked walls, call a water mitigation company first; they bring the drying equipment. When the space is dry, we take over the repairs.
