Do you work in Palo Alto?

Yes. Palo Alto is about 22 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 31 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Professorville to Charleston Meadows.

Who issues permits in Palo Alto?

The City of Palo Alto Planning and Development Services (Building Division). Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.

When can noisy work happen in Palo Alto?

Construction, deliveries included, is allowed 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, with no construction on Sundays or City holidays. We schedule noisy work inside those hours.

Do you do water extraction or drying?
