Do you work in Mountain View?

Yes. Mountain View is about 27 road miles from our base in San Bruno, roughly 36 minutes without traffic. We work all over town, from Old Mountain View to Cuernavaca.

Who issues permits in Mountain View?

The City of Mountain View Community Development Department, Building Division. Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.

When can noisy work happen in Mountain View?

Construction, including material deliveries, is allowed 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays; Saturday work needs prior written approval from the Chief Building Official, and Sundays and holidays are off limits. We schedule noisy work inside those hours.
