J&J and Junior and crew provides great Handyman services and support especially for seniors that need a little excellent home maintenance for a reasonable price. Who issues permits in Oakland?
The City of Oakland Planning and Building Department (Building Construction, Permits and Inspections). Repairs and like-for-like replacements often don't need a permit; layout changes, new plumbing or new electrical usually do. When one is needed, the job is contracted through our licensed partner Bay Builder Inc.
